| Mega Smilies |
The smilies given in the other sections are all "simple", in that they
express only one mood, description or item of apparel. Of course,
many can be combined to make "complex" or "combination" smilies,
e.g. =|:-{( user has a moustache and a top hat, and is unhappy. The
possibilities are practically endless, and can become almost
ridiculous (see below) - the really far-out are known as "Mega-smilies".
For reasons of space and the compiler's admittedly debateable
sanity, no attempt is made here to include all the possible
combination smilies - helpful netsurfers can send their favourites to
Pastmaster by mail, and get their names and
addresses onto the Roll of Honour. But here are some examples..
